Sennet has been taking lessons every Saturday with Fiorini Ski School up at The Summit at Snoqualmie ski resort. He has lessons from 9:30 to 2:30, with an hour and 15 minute lunch break. He started January 9th and goes until February 27th. He loves it, and is getting quite good. There are six kids in his class, and they are all skiing really only on the blue (more difficult) runs. One time I went to meet him for lunch and the instructor said he had wanted to make one more run by himself and had jumped on the lift and away he went! Very independent.

I’ve been skiing while he has his class. We will try to get up to the mountain early and get a run or two in before his class, we meet for lunch and usually take a run together before we eat, and again after we eat right before his class starts again. Then we’ll do some runs together after his class is finished. This is a video I shot after his class last week…
