sennet has been watching cupcake wars on his ipad and today he just had to make cupcakes.  He was very inspired and wanted filled and toasted and caramelized- with marshmallow frosting.  We settled on chocolate with buttercream filling and chocolate fudge frosting.  It was fun baking with him but the end result wasnt worth the ingredients… but he didnt seem to mind.
