I had to take Sennet with me to a few appointments this morning because daddy is out of town. They both ran longer than expected and we were running dangerously close to meltdown/nap time and still hadn’t had lunch. We stopped at Dicks and Sennet had his first Dick’s cheeseburger (actually his first cheeseburger at all I think) and he gobbled it up. It was also the first time where we had a meal in the car on the run. Of course he has had snacks in the car but never an actual meal- I guess it is impossible to avoid completely.

Sennet has been quite hungry today. For breakfast he had 2 waffles, some raspberries and a big bowl of cereal. He had a big snack around 10 am including a fruit bar, a cheese stick and a peach. He gobbled the entire burger from Dicks and after his nap he inhaled 2 bananas and nearly an entire apple. Seems like a sneak peek into his teen years??

He had a nice long nap and I watched the Woman’s World Cup final and sadly the USA lost 🙁

It is raining again in Seattle (this year I have threatened to move and have meant it) and we are watching Sesame Street and Plaza Sesamo. Someone needs to inform Sennet that it is not the Elmo show…
