We took the kid down to Seattle Center today for the Folk Life Festival.  It is cool because it is free and there is lots of live music.  It is sort of a hippy fest (but not quite as hippy as the hemp fest) but there is a little something for everyone and it was a nice day in Seattle today so it was fun.  Kari, Ryan and Ziya met us down there and the boys went wild playing with each other.  We really need to get them together more!

yes, we gave them cotton candy. I guess Z had it at Disneyland and kept asking for it- so why not.  Right??

This is my friend Mike Sievers- his band played at Folklife today and was the reason I really wanted to go down.  They were really awesome and totally my style of music so really glad I finally saw them.
