We took Sennet down to the Seafair 4th of July fireworks for the first time and it turned out to be a great day.  We were both a bit nervous about going to Gasworks Park at 5ish to wait for the show (we thought we needed to get there super early to get a spot) at 10:20 and it was bloody hot outside which didn’t help our motivation. Ziya and his crew met us down there and the boys played like crazy and the adults sat around eating and chatting. All of our anxiety about keeping the kid up until 11 was unwarranted and the pure joy and awe in his was was worth the long, hot day.
