May 8th was Fiesta Latina at Sennet’s school. An afterschool party and celebration with games, a book fair, food and drinks, and performances by the different grades. Stacie bought Sennet an early birthday present: a punching bag. He had been leaning pillows from the couch against his wall and kicking and punching them. He seems to like this much better. We’ll eventually get him into some martial arts and/or kickboxing classes, for now he’s on his own.
