Like pretty much everything these days, Sennet wants to do it on his own. Drying his own hair is no exception- right after taking his solo shower. His hair is getting long so today he gave himself a sideways Mohawk.

BBQ at Anneka’s

Marla is in town from Hamburg so we all got together at Anneka’s for dinner last night. Paul made ribs and also got a pit fire going when it cooled down. Sennet was enthralled by the flames!

playdate with mena!

We have great neighbors! I think having kids makes you put yourself out there more to get to know your neighbors (than before kids) and for us that has been a great thing! Sennet spent a few hours at Mena’s house last night so we could go to happy hour for Anneka’s birthday. Today, Mena came to our house so her parents could go to the Seahawks game. It was great- they played wonderfully and even took a really long nap in the same bed. Next trade will be date night for us or them!!!
