Breakfast at Café Flora

Sennet’s school was off for teacher training day last Friday. Stacie had to work all day, so I took the day off to hang out with the kid. We first went to breakfast down the hill from our house at Café Flora (Sennet had scrambled eggs with cheese, and I had a wild mushroom scramble with herbs and Spanish Manchego cheese – good stuff).

Then I took Sennet over to Greenlake. They have a small area behind the ball fields with bike dirt jumps and a cement skate park. It was his first time riding either place. He had a blast riding up and down over the smaller dirt hills and then went around and around at the skate park. We spent about two hours total riding both places – I finally had to set the timer on my phone for 5 minutes to get him to leave. We’ll definitely be back. He loved it. Crazy to think he’s only 4 years and 55 days old.
