This is the first year we took Sennet trick or treating when he could really understand what was going on and say “Trick or Treat” and “Thank you.” He was again dressed up as a fireman, and Mena went with us as a pirate. Stacie dressed up as Carl Fredricksen from the Pixar movie “Up.”

Unfortunately it was drizzling so Stacie left her camera at home so it wouldn’t get ruined in the rain. I snapped a couple crappy pictures with my iPhone, but the kids never really stood still long enough to get a decent shot. We walked over to the club house at the Madrona Playground, and then walked up 34th to all the businesses on the street. They all had candy for the kids to trick or treat. We finished up at neighbor Rob and Ashley’s for a beer & wine as the kids played together for a bit. All in all a successful Halloween.
