Lately, Sennet has only been wanting to ride his scooter when we go to the park. Last week Raleigh gave us a 12˝ push bike to take home and have Sennet ride for photos to be used in the 2013 Raleigh Catalog. We weren’t sure he’d want to ride it, with his scooter-fever.
As soon as he saw the bike, he lit up and wanted to ride it. We took it over to the playground, and have ridden it around the block on dog walks almost every day. After school this week, Stacie took Sennet over to Seward Park and got some great shots of him on the bike. I took them into Raleigh, and they loved them. It looks like they will be using three of them in the catalog!
Here’s a little video of Sennet on the new push bike, riding it up and down our neighbors driveway. Repeatedly.

summer is here- at least some of the fruits of summer are here. Sennet and I went to the farmers market on Friday and the first batch of cherries were there! They are so sweet and juicy and delicious- as you can see below! Watermelon is not something we will see at our local farmers market and even though we try to buy local and organic…sometimes we have to make exceptions.
If you don’t get the True Blood reference it is a Vampire show we watch on HBO and the dripping cherry juice on Sennet’s hand reminds me of the show.
